Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

How it works:

1. Fill out the return form

Please use our Return Form to request a return. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Package your item carefully

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, clean, free of perfume or odors, and sent back in original condition with all tags and packaging.

3. Send your return

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Receive your refund

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Important notes:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Worn, washed, damaged, or personalized items cannot be returned.

• Returns without a completed form or original packaging cannot be accepted.

• For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., scarves, undergarments) are not eligible for return.
